Do you offer gift cards?

We do! 
You can purchase physical gift cards in person at our little shoppe. They never expire and make a great gift when you just can't decide what to pick. Perfect for kids and adults alike.

Do you offer delivery?

We offer next-day delivery to Transcona addresses.

When will my order be ready?

Your order will be prepared the day we receive it.

For pick-up, your order will usually be ready the same day but certainly not longer than one business day.

If we are shipping your order, it may take up to three days to leave our door as we will try to get you the best shipping rate we can.

What is your return policy?

Unopened, unused products with receipt may be returned for exchange or shoppe gift card only (no refunds) within 14 days of purchase. 
Items $10 and less are final sale. 
Handmade items are final sale. Discounted items are non-returnable.
Online orders need pre-authorization for returns.

Do you ship orders?

If you want us to ship your order, please phone us and or put a shipping address in the notes when you check out. We will work out the shipping fees and let you know the total. If you want to go forward with shipping, we will send you and invoice and ship your order once the payment is received. 


How much does shipping cost?

Shipping fees vary depending on size, weight and destination of the package. Typically shipping works out to $19-$25 for an average order.


Which shipping company do you use?

We will most likely ship via Canada Post but will check other carriers to offer you the best shipping rate.


My parcel was delivered to the wrong address!

We ship orders to the address you provided and will not issue refunds for packages sent to the wrong address because of a mistake on your part. If the error is on our end, we will do all we can to correct the problem as quickly as possible.
